Step 1: Download and Open the Eden App
- Go to the play store or app store on your device and search for “Eden”.
- Download and install the app.
- Once installed, open the app.
Step 2: Setting Up Your Account
- If you haven’t already, create an account by selecting your location and entering your email address, phone number, and password.
- Click on “Sign Up” to proceed.
Already have an account? Simply log in to continue.
Step 3: Navigate to Eden Services
Click on the “Eden Services” tab located at the top of the screen. This will display various service options like ordering food, scheduling cleaning, or gift a service.
Step 4: Choose “Gift a Service”
On the Eden Services page, you’ll find the “Gift a Service” button. Click on it to proceed to the next step.
Step 5: Select a Service
You’ll now see a list of services that you can gift. For this guide, we’re focusing on gifting a laundry service. Click on the “Laundry” option.
Step 6: Choose Laundry Type
You’ll be presented with two options: “Washed and Folded” or “Washed and Ironed.” Select the desired laundry type based on the recipient’s preferences.
Step 7: Specify the Number of Laundry Bags
- Next, you’ll need to specify the number of laundry bags you want to gift. Remember, each bag can hold up to 30 items.
You can adjust the quantity using the (+) and (-) buttons
Once you’ve selected the number of bags, tap “Go to checkout”
Step 6: Enter Recipient Information
Fill in the recipient’s details, including their full name, email address and phone number. You can also add an optional gift note to personalize your gift.
Step 7: Specify Delivery Details
Provide the recipient’s delivery information, including the desired pickup date, address, location area, and optional landmark.
Step 8: Select a Payment Method
Choose your preferred payment method from the available options.
Step 9: Place Your Order
Once you’ve reviewed your order details, click “Place Order” to complete the gifting process.
And that’s it! You’ve successfully gifted a laundry service on the Eden Life App.
