You can schedule your plan via the app
On the app, if you’re on a meal plan, you can choose a schedule, and select your meals. Sit back, relax and we deliver it. For laundry, a rider picks up and delivers with no questions asked. Same for cleaning, your cleaner shows up and cleans your home at a time that is convenient for you.
Our food menu changes every week, meals for a new week get selected on the app. For cleaning and laundry, scheduling a time and day that is convenient for you is also done on the app.
You can talk to a Personalized Customer service representative
When you start your Eden Life plan, you get assigned to a Gardener. A gardener is your person at Eden whose job is to handle all your requests. Change details, make requests, complaints, and give feedback. This eliminates the need to repeat your requests, one person handles it all.
Seamless Payment
With the app, you can make easy payments. You link your card, make payment, and start your plan. You don’t have to copy and paste account numbers, that is why we call it “the easy life”.
Pause & Resume your Plan
If you are going out of town, changing location, or you have any other reasons why you wouldn’t be needing your services for a certain period. You can pause your service and stop receiving it till you resume and you can do this via, you guessed right, the app.
Notifications
With the app on your phone, you get notifications of messages from your gardener. Reminders to pick your meals for the new week, tips and tricks to make your lifestyle easier.
Calorie counter
If you are like me and you measure what goes into your body, there is a calorie counter on every meal. This way, you are choosing your meals to fit your lifestyle.
