Billing and Subscriptions FAQs

Q: My next service is in two weeks, why should I pay now?

A: New customers don’t have to pay till they are ready for their first service but there are 48 hours between your billing date and first service date. For existing customers, subscriptions run in cycles and if you have to pay now, then you’ve come to the end of one cycle, and your payment starts the next cycle.

Q: If I pause my service and resume after a while can I exhaust my service before my next billing?

A: We operate a subscription-based service and currently don’t roll over outstanding services. Thankfully, we will deduct the value for the days you paused from your next billing subscription.

Q: If I don’t want to be billed for a new subscription and I still have services can you refund me?

A: For now, yes. If you’d like to be refunded for services not used, send a message to your gardener and we’ll process a refund.

Q: I’m a bi-weekly customer and I want my billing to be at the end of every month, how do we achieve this?

A: Billing is now automated, so the best way to do this is to start your subscription at the end of the month. That way, you’re only billed at the end of the next month. If you can’t wait, email eve@edenlife.ng and we’ll work with you to set this up.

Q: If I don’t use my service this month, can I use it next month?

A: Yes, you can. We’ll deduct the value of what’s leftover from the previous month when you renew, so you’ll always get value for your money.
